Our suites features separate living and sleeping quarters as well as a walk-in closet. The large balconies, all with top-quality sun loungers, are perfect for relaxing moments with views of the surrounding Kitzbühel Alps. The crackling fire in the open fireplace helps to create the right atmosphere for hours of romance.

Junior Suite

The 55 m² Junior Suites also feature a dining table and a spacious entrance area. From the panorama terrace, you will enjoy a unique view of Tyrol’s mountain scenery.

Suite

The 70 m² Suites have a balcony that is accessible from both the spacious living room as well as from the bedroom. In addition to a dining table, the living room also includes a fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy hours of relaxation on the pull-out sofa bed in front of the open fireplace. The further amenities include two fully equipped glass bathrooms.

Family Suite

Pure luxury for the whole family. The spacious 88 m² Family Suites have enough space for up to 6 people and feature a generously sized living room with pull-out couch, two bedrooms with walk-in closet, two bathrooms and a large balcony.

Presidential Suite

The Presidential Suite is a luxury oasis of pure well-being. Its 184 m² feature three rooms, a spacious entrance area and a walk-in closet. The comfortable living area with sofa and loungers, a library, a wine cabinet and a kitchenette is visually separated from the office space to guarantee an undisturbed working environment.

The work area features an elegant desk, a meeting table and a projection screen, and secretarial service upon request – perfect conditions for successful meetings in a private environment.

Each of the two bedrooms has its own glass bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate WC.

In addition to the 26 m² terrace, accessible from all three rooms, the Presidential Suite also features panorama glass fronts to provide a breathtaking view of the Kitzbühel Alps.
